By submitting content to Dads Only you agree to the following:

• the content submitted (Content) does not infringe the rights of any third party;

​

• you grant us a perpetual, unrestricted, royalty-free licence to use, delete, amend, paraphrase or adapt in any way we may determine;

• you have all necessary rights and consents to submit the Content to us in accordance with these terms;

​

• the Content does not breach any local, national or international laws;

​

• the Content does not include any personally identifiable information;

​

• the Content does not include anything that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;

• the Content does not include anything which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data);

​

• we are not under any obligation to use the Content. Our use of your Content is at our absolute discretion.
